Our labels are printed on glossy paper. Each label is professionally printed and cut for a consistent finish. All labels are ready to adhere to your desired surface and come with complete instructions.
All labels come with complete instructions on how to remove the old labels on your bottles and how to adhere the new labels.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
Due to the custom nature of our items your order will be shipped off within 5-10 business days after your order has been placed. The combination of production times & shipping times is the time frame you can expect to receive your package. Please note ,that during peak season (May- Aug) processing times may be prolonged. If you have an upcoming event date please message for rush and or additional shipping options. Orders of 5 or more items will be subject to a minimum 14 business day processing time ( this exclude: labels, decals,m tags and cards). We are not liable for packages that to do make it in time for your event if no action has been taken to expedite your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items from the Tie the Knot Shoppe are handmade and made-to-order, special for you! For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Refunds will not be issued if an item does not reach you in time for your event, absolutely no exceptions. It is your responsibility as the customer to inform us of the event date BEFORE purchase so we can discuss shipping upgrades.
The only exception to the “Final Sale” rule is if there is a design flaw with your item.

SHIPPING (IN BUSINESS DAYS)
Dependent on the weight of your package, some of our items will NOT come with a tracking number. Most USA and international packages will NOT come with tracking unless purchased.
Note that we cannot guarantee any arrival dates, as we cannot control post schedules & any delays that may occur.
Turnaround times may vary depending on overall order volume, especially during peak and holiday seasons.
We are not responsible for items once an item status is shown as delivered
CUSTOMS AND DUTY
Each destination country is a different distance and each country has different rules and procedures for handling incoming international mail. Please make sure to check with your local post office to find out your country’s customs inspection regulations and handling times.
Buyers from USA and other International destinations are responsible for any customs/duty or additional taxes required by your particular country.
For international customers, please allow *plenty* of time for your order to arrive. Packages shipped across international borders are extremely variable in terms of their arrival time. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or any taxes you must pay to your postal carrier.
Any products that arrive damaged or that do not arrive at all will be evaluated on a case by case basis and we may ask you to return the item to receive a full refund. Please note, that we will not be responsible for the returned shipping costs.
We require a picture of the item before we can go ahead with rectifying the issue.
Custom items are not available for a refund.
Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, discount or store credit.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESSES
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please double check if you have the correct mailing address. Packages that get sent back to me due to an incorrect shipping address will require a shipping fee again in order to be sent back.
Please note, sending us a message that you would like your order to be sent to another address does not guarantee your order will be shipped to your preferred address. It is the buyers responsibility to communicate any address changes. Any address change that is not confirmed by us will be sent to the address we have on file.

Please note, for custom order requests or changes made to an existing order, the customer is responsible for getting back to us within 24 hrs of when the order is placed. Any changes made or not confirmed after 24hrs will not be guaranteed.
Note that we may require a longer lead time in order to accommodate custom requests.

If you plan on placing a large or special order with us, please order in advance as these orders will need additional processing. Larger orders vary depending on the custom nature and or volume.
